Upcoming Shows

There are no upcoming shows at the moment but let’s take a moment to live in the past with the Team Goldie show history below.

I’ve done my best to share what I remember, dig up photos/flyers where available, and rely on friends when my memory fails me.

Join me on this journey in reverse.

2015

w/ Dentist and Danger Club
This was the “final” Team Goldie show but we all know how that goes. There were costume changes, a tribute to the Undertaker, special guests, props, a cover medley, lighting effects and confetti cannons to send this whole thing off with a bang.

10.2.2015
Philadelphia, PA
Hard Rock Cafe

2013

Philly Summer Stock
This was the final show of the short-lived “full band” Team Goldie era. It was outside on a super hot day and was probably the worst set that we played. I wore a tie-dye shirt and flip flops. My only vivid memory is that we started playing “Heartbreakdancer” three times but kept screwing up the timing with the backing track (keys & synths). Clark eventually got frustrated, pulled the plug, and we limped our way through the rest of the songs. We ended the series of full band on the highest of notes.

6.22.2013
Philadelphia, PA
UACA Hall (Full Band)

w/ Tim Dean, Mike Maguire and Samson
”I started to convince you to do (a full band) at the First Unitarian Church while waiting to see Fireworks and Polar Bear Club. It was surprisingly easy to get people to be a part of it, evidenced by the sheer amount of guitar players we had over the years. I think local musicians who knew the music had a certain level of respect and there was probably an allure to being in Team Goldie.”
- Joe Robinson (Team Goldie bass player)

6.14.2013
Glen Mills, PA
Concord Liberty Church (Full Band)

w/ Nobody Yet, The Composure, Rushmore,
The Engine Atlantic, Work to Win
and Amanda Fama
This was the first night I had a beer from Neshaminy Creek. I don’t recall anything else but shout out to The Composure who were a rad band that will pop up a handful of times throughout this journey.

4.20.2013
Philadelphia, PA
Holy Family University (Full Band)

w/ The Big Time, Mosey, A Faster Ride
and Jexton Pugh
Our one and only full-band show outside of the Philadelphia area! We crammed our gear into my mom’s Mitsubishi Outlander and borrowed the rest from A Faster Ride (thanks!) Mike couldn’t make it so I ended up having to play guitar which was totally weird. Mosey was a rad Weezer-y band from Dan Pawlovich (Panic! At the Disco, Valencia). Check out their record The Way We Remember It!

4.13.2013
Altoona, PA
The Archway Center (Full Band)

w/ Gennero and Like Crazy
My 30th birthday show! Probably my favorite of the full-band era. Gennero gifted me with a set playing Weezer’s Blue Album in (almost) full and I joined them for the back half of “Say It Ain’t So.” Overall an awesome night with friends and I feel like we maybe actually played ok too?

4.6.2013
Wilmington, DE
1984 (Full Band)

w/ First Things First, Rushmore, Survay Says, Neighborhood Kids and Batten Down the Hatches
We played here a few times and I don’t remember any of them.
